Product Development

Manufacturing
We house state-of-the-art emulsification equipment that can accommodate the most complex formulations, spanning across three manufacturing lines that offer various batch sizes to suit your requirements. Our formulating and manufacturing capabilities include make-up, skincare, hair care and perfume.
Make-up filling
Attention to detail is what it is all about, our filling equipment can accommodate high production volumes and are designed to fill make-up products such as mascaras, lip glosses, foundations, concealers, hot waxes and pressed powders.
Tube filling
Our two automatic tube filling lines can fill tubes ranging from 10ml – 250ml and offer an excellent product seal. The built-in quality control processes such as artwork validation, weight validation and automatic bulk counting allow for great accuracy and quality.
Bottle filling
We have various filling lines, capable of filling bottles between 20ml and 300ml. The fully automated machines are able to accommodate puffer insertion, capping and labelling (both front and back). Over and above this, they are equipped with the specialised quality control processes such as check-weighing and artwork validation.
Perfume filling
Housing both semi-automatic and fully automatic equipment, we are able to clean, fill, crimp, collar and cap perfume bottles of various sizes.
Cellophane wrapping
Our fully automated wrapping machines offer a premium wrap quality and can accommodate various box dimensions and large production output.
Sachet filling
We offer a high quality shaped sachet filling service to accommodate clients looking for premium sachets holding a fill volume of between 0.3ml and 60ml.
Packing line
We make use of superior packing processes on controlled conveyors, capable of handling complex and high-quality cartonning of single products and gift sets.
